Our team is our strongest asset. Combined, they have more than 120 years of combined experience in all aspects of the automotive industry, including engineering, strategic planning, quality assurance, operations, and logistics.
Kris is the President, CEO, and founder of New Leaf LLC. He graduated from The Citadel in 1993, and from Wake Forest School of Law in 2023. Prior to forming New Leaf, Kris worked at an automotive Tier 1 supplier for 29 years. Prior to that he was a schoolteacher. During his previous time in automotive, Kris worked in manufacturing operations, logistics, and ultimately in global strategic planning before moving into executive management.
Outside of New Leaf, Kris loves spending time with his wife and four children. He also enjoys hunting and has a small hobby farm.
Bill is the CFO and Treasurer of New Leaf LLC. Prior to joining New Leaf, Bill worked in senior finance and accounting positions at OEM and tier 1 suppliers, both at the plant and corporate levels. After graduating from the University of Michigan, Bill began his career at a non-profit hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then entered automotive finance at an OEM in Michigan. Bill then moved to Tier 1 automotive, where he held senior finance and accounting positions at the manufacturing plant level and the corporate level.
Outside of New Leaf, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, including mountain biking with his wife, son and daughter. He also enjoys woodworking when time permits. Bill is also an avid car enthusiast.
Bob is the Managing Director of Engineering and Testing at New Leaf. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree. His early career included more than ten years working on the design and analysis of tactical and strategic solid rocket motor systems before transition to automotive airbag inflators in the early 1990’s. He worked for automotive tier one suppliers for over 35 years before the launch of New Leaf. He was and is recognized as the global expert in the effects of environmental exposure on certain propellants in automotive safety devices, and has been instrumental in developing innovative methods for the analysis and characterization of inflator pyrotechnics and their influence on the real-world service life of certain PSAN inflators.
Jennifer is the Director of Sales and Customer Engagement at New Leaf. She has over 26 years of experience in the automotive industry specializing in quality management, administrative customer compliance, and receivables auditing. Prior to her automotive industry career, she worked in textiles. All of these experiences contribute to her strong focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Outside of New Leaf, Jennifer enjoys cheering on her son at travel baseball tournaments, spending time with her family and rooting for her alma mater - the Clemson Tigers.
Brandon is the Operations Manager of New Leaf LLC. Prior to being employed at New Leaf, Brandon worked at an automotive Tier 1 supplier for 11 years. During his previous time in automotive, Brandon worked as a warehouse manager, supervisor, logistics coordinator, shipping and receiving,
Outside of New Leaf, Brandon loves spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys coaching youth sports.
